A one-of-a-kind green space in the heart of the city — available to rent for birthday parties, celebrations, gatherings, and educational visits.
Mulberry Fields is a beloved neighborhood oasis of open lawn, garden plots, tree swings, and our resident goats and chickens. We're glad to share it with the community for private events. Rentals help us maintain and share the garden so we can keep it open to everyone, every day.
Below you'll find what you need to know and how to request a date. We review every request individually and will follow up within a few days.
$50 flat fee
Fee waivers may be available for schools and nonprofits.
Up to 50 guests. Events run 9 AM–9 PM (Sun–Thurs) or 9 AM–10 PM (Fri–Sat), including setup and cleanup.
The upper garden near the goats and chickens, the lower garden near the tree swing, and/or the open lawn are available to reserve
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We'll be in touch to confirm availability and next steps.
Before you request a date, take a look at what's already booked. This calendar shows dates that are reserved or unavailable. We reserve the right to restrict the number of event rentals in any given week to keep the garden in its pristine, green state.

To protect the garden and keep it welcoming for everyone, all rentals follow these guidelines. You'll agree to the full rental agreement before your booking is confirmed. Click to expand.
A shared community space. Mulberry Fields stays open to the public during your event. Garden plot holders and our animal care volunteers will still have access to the garden plots and animal pens throughout your rental.
The animals. Our goats and chickens are a highlight, but for everyone's safety, guests may not enter the animal pens.
Decorations. Temporary decorations are welcome, but nothing may be staked, nailed, or attached to trees, fencing, or structures, and decorations can't block access to the garden plots. Everything must come down at the end of your event.
Vehicles. No vehicles on the lawn or greenspace. Loading and parking happen in the driveway, upper area, or on the street.
Sound. Amplified sound and music are welcome within City of Atlanta noise limits, and must be disclosed when you book.
Cleanup. Take all trash with you and leave the space as you found it — this is what gets your deposit back.
Our conservation easement. Mulberry Fields is permanently protected by a conservation easement, so all events must be consistent with its purpose: agriculture, education, recreation, and community enrichment.
